ABSTRACTION

Exactly at 02.30 wib date 27 marches 2009 lake gintung can't hold again the water, because there are soil crack around the dike. This crack is initially was caused by tune stricture and decrease the water volume around the dike because there are development aroud lake gintung's dike. The development of solid citizen resident at lake area was primary factor that broken down lake's dike. Because, if there is a weight increase of soil surface, so the tension in soil including soil pore tension will produce increasing. This matter causes decreased stability of the slope. It's the impact of the development around the dike.
Because the increasing of the water volume around the dike, the consequences was the dike can't hold back the big water pressure. So, the dike was broken down and the water soaks hundreds house at moment the occupants stills asleep. Therefore, researcher make tool that can detect artificial lake dike crack. Tool that has made by researcher uses energy conservation laws principle concept, magnetic field, Ohm law, AC work principle, and Fotodioda. The making of this tool, was done as testing from indicator that this tool can works well. study that has done was meant to look for theories and tool work mechanism, upon which reference, so the tool that researcher has made can work as according to law theories that had appear. Researcher hopes that this research can answer and decrease the problem that occured because of the broken down of lake gintung and later can be applied in a state of reality.
